Diesel Rises 1.9¢ to $3.971 in First Gain in Six Weeks; Gasoline Continues to Climb

Diesel rose 1.9 cents to $3.971 a gallon, its first increase in six weeks, while gasoline rose for the 11th straight week, the Department of Energy reported.
